How to take care of your skin in spring?

Spring, this beautiful season when nature is getting more beautiful, it’ s the perfect occasion to have a nice complexion.

During the winter, the dry and cold climate pushes us to moisturize our skin so that it does not get irritated and that it can better support the cold, the epidermis thus thickens. With the arrival of the warm weather, it is time to take care of your skin by gently waking it up.

To gently prepare the epidermis for the beautiful season, it is necessary to prepare its awakening from the inside and the outside.

Detox :

To have a radiant epidermis, you must treat it from the inside.

This step consists of a deep cleansing, i.e. balancing your diet by giving priority to fruits and vegetables, and eliminating all fatty foods whose sole purpose is to make you fat.

For this purpose, think of making a cure of lemon juice (without sugar, you can add honey if you can’t stand the acidity of lemon) every morning before breakfast.

You can also do a cure of one carrot per day for 30 days, it has guaranteed effects on your complexion, you would have a rosier and brighter complexion.

Exfoliation :

Give your skin the opportunity to breathe better, removing all impurities from the body and face.  The dead cells remain on the surface of the epidermis and prevent the growth of new cells. It is therefore a crucial step to help the body in its elimination process.

For the exfoliation of the body, use 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds + 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or olive) + 1 tablespoon of sugar + 2 to 3 drops of grapefruit essential oil.

For the exfoliation of the face, use a tablespoon of rice flour or rice powder + a tablespoon of milk, apply the mixture on the whole of your face between 20 to 25 min cleaned with cold water while making circular movements.

Moisturization :

Moisturizing is essential after exfoliation because despite the deep cleaning of the skin, we deprive it of its natural moisture. Use products adapted to your skin type and face, or if you want a more natural version use oils such as almond, avocado or argan without forgetting to protect yourself from the sun by applying a sun cream.

To revitalize your skin, use night care products with moisturizing agents and relaxing masks to have a radiant skin in the morning.
